Abstract

This studyaimed at knowing the reality of internal communication in the Algerian health institutions .itsstudysampleisencompasses 330 subjects , it has adopted the descriptivemethod, inordertoachieveitsgoalsa questionnaire wasdesignedwhich comprise 30 questions distributed on 4 axes ,The study has reached the followingresults :InternalcommunicationintheAlgerianhealthinstitutionshasnotyetattained the requested standards, becauseitdoes not occupy an important position, and itis not practiced by specialized people ,who are trained in communications. In addition to that, itis more formalcharacterized, whichsometimes do not fulfill the generaltargets of the institution, and itdoes not utilizeenoughcommunicationalmeans and relyonly on the writtenones.
