The impact of Western culture on the innovative ideas of Mohammad Abdo

Abstract

      Mohammad Abdo is considered one of the most prominent modern thinkers in the Arab Islamic world in modern times. Because he is one of the founders of intellectual and cultural formation, he raised the question of the originality of his thought. The issue of the influence of Western culture on his innovative ideas emerged. And that some of the studies have touched upon some of the Western figures that influenced him; I went on to emphasize that his innovative ideas were formed and crystallized by Western culture; which we can finally emphasize is that Mohammed Abdou's influence on Western culture does not necessarily mean that he holds A defeatist spirit, and that calls for renewal in the Western style, and sheds its Islamic cultural origins
