Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand a crucial stage in the islamic culture , it is
a stage of its transformation From verbal to written as it was determined by the
algerian thinker Mohamed Arkoun. Therefore, this article aims to answer the
following problematic:
What were the circumstances of the transformation from verbal to written in the
islamic context? And what are it’s major implications on the level of the structure
of mind itself?!
