Abstract

 In order for medical work to be permissible, it must be conducted according to the rules of ‎satisfaction, necessity and the appeal for healing. If, however, it becomes a trade aimed at ‎collecting material gain, then we will release legitimacy and license to the scope of criminal ‎responsibility and crime. Are the weakest link as they include the target group of exploitation for ‎illegal purposes, is a criminal behavior that requires not to be satisfied with their consent, ‎including to escape the perpetrators of criminal responsibility.‎
