Abstract

 This study deals with the attitude of stopping the fatwa of Imam Malik , as a principle in his approach to the fatwa , this is by stating the fact and legality of stopping , the extent to which it relates to some scientific terms that are based on not expressing an opinion on the issue , and Search for reasons for stopping the jurists from the fatwa , the research also includes the most important jurisprudential issues in which Imam Malik stopped the fatwa , like , Eating porpoise ,prayer behind the people of innovation , skin of a dead donkey or horse
