Abstract

The study in question aiming to find the nature of organizational atmosphere followed at the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, 20 August 1955, Skikda . The study assembly is estimated to 139 university professors and the final study was elaborated by 50 university professors, and the results are the following: All the university professors agreed on the availability of an average organizational atmosphere which is applied and common at the faculty of Humanities and social sciences. Also, they agreed that the proved statistical differences are not worth to be mentioned in the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences concerning the different specialties. Moreover, they agreed that the proved statistical differences are not worth to be mentioned in the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences concerning the different degree.
