Abstract

Families and groups of friends , work and other groups , are considered as a personal network contacts , interspersed and
influences with natural and certain ways , and the commander is the strategic elements of the formulation of the groups 's
views , he is more aware of the ideas of members of the group , he tries to amendment and compromise them and supports
the social organization for most groups on the existence of official leaders or informal , these leaders are engaged in one
form or another , both types of influence on people around them , or the rest of the members of the community to varying
degrees .
Algerian society is full of communities like many of these Leaders , Almmon in the social fabric of Algeria , and are
undoubtedly engaged in several kinds of communication and influence the formal and informal .
