Abstract : In this research we study the alliance of NATO which is considered as the most important alliances during the cold war. Despite the end of the causes of his existence which was to defend the continent of Europe from the soviet enlargement, but the NATO still exist and has been able to adapt with the deep changes in the field of international relations. The NATO works under the USA leadership, and he pursued an expansionist policy in Eastern Europe and he is following the ways of partnership with the countries from the entire world. NATO’s interventions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya led the Russia and China to set up a strategic relation between theme against his enlargement behavior as Shanghai organization and the china trade initiative one road one belt.
