Abstract

The concern of this article is a research in the method of ranking the chapters
of the jurisprudence of el Imam Echafii through exploring the structuring of “his
letter,” after it was described as lacking methodology in division, order and
sequencing.
The actual facts of the circumstances of its writing theoretically support this
option, yet a close examination shows that its confirmed titles do not highlight its
real structure but do hide its methodological traits
