The Algerian journalist between the new media law and the one of 1990 (A Comparative Analysis).

Abstract

Indeed, the media experience in Algeria is practically unique comparing to its
counterparts in the arab world, it has evolved from a revolutionary journalism to an
extensive journalism.
The circumstances led to the birth of the experience in the midst of a
congested and locked political way, that is what drives the Algerian legislator to
think, amongst the reforms and the social movement, about a new media law that
follows these changes and development.
