Abstract

After making a search about the relationship of the religious
restraint with the purposes of Sharia,I found that it is restricted into
two matters. The first is the relationship of the religious restraint with
the interests and the evils. The second is the relationship of the
religious restraint with the explanation where it has an effect in
explaining the lawful provisions .
