The legal structure of the authority to control the written press in the light of the Organic Law for the Media No. 12-05 between the issuance of the text and the absence of implementation

Abstract

The independent administrative authorities appeared in 1990 in Algeria with the emergence of the first authority, the Supreme Council for Information, and the administrative authorities followed successively. An independent administration that enjoys a set of powers entrusted to it, but there is no doubt that exposure to this authority must delve into the field of organic independence and function and their limits, as well as exposure to the most important powers drawn up by the Organic Law of Media 12-05, which vary and are numerous according to the situation and circumstances.
