Abstract

According to the Bible scholars, the St .Athanasius’s Festal Letter (39) of 367 CE is considered as a historical primary resource of the New Testament canon’s history, and they’re regarded it as a prominent witness of precision and accuracy of that canon, therefore, we have the motive to investigate that claim and study it deeply, and finally we get to very important results that satisfied us.
