استحقـاق الأجرة على الرضـاع و موقف الفقه الإسلامي منه

Abstract

The present article deals with getting a wage from suckling as
a distinct means in family stability and how Islamic Law dealt
with it and its relation with the objectives of Islamic
jurisprudence, trying to apply it in real life on the basis of a
couple of questions that will lead to concrete results relative to the
present research.
