bstract: This research is related within the historical studies with an economic dimension.It deals with an important part of the Rostomid State History, related to its financial policy as a model of Islamic Economics, and its relationship to achieve economic security,which guaranteed its development and prosperity on a short period of time. This fact mentioned by the sources that left this country with a lot of astonishment ans dazzle.
