Abstract

If Western theories may differ in determining the levels of security,
whether it is national or regional or individual, the intentions in
that also vary among the collection of power and the protection of
the state’s identity to the protection of strategic acquisitions, or the
achievement of welfare and development of the human being, the
security in Islam is different in terms of concept and purposes, it is
the sense of stability and security that the muslim feels in life when
the rules of God which he put to conduct the Muslim community
are applied, these rules take, sometimes, a protective role and at
other times the deterrent role and a third time a therapeutic role.
Thus, the purpose of the present paper that lead to the achievement
of individual security keeping the five faculties: religion, self,
money, honor and mind, and ultimately achieve the social, political

and economic security of the nation, and this is the reason for the
nation’s rehabilitation to the inhabitedness of the earth and achieve
succession untrusted to mankind.
