Abstract

After the events of the eleventh September 2001, had hit the USA, The international media started
reminding the world public opinion of Huntington prophecy speaking about civilizations conflicts. As soon as
George W Bush had made his speech in which he announced the rise of the crusade war against the axis of evil
by the declaration of beginning of civilizations war after the cold war era, international affair specialists started
writing the events and the history of international relationship new age. This study aims to confirm that this
type of wars and conflicts is an old phenomenon that started in the era between the two world wars, it also
confirms that Huntington thesis investigating of one of the stages of what we call the civilizations conflicts.
