Abstract

Although the major development that have been in political communication in terms of means and
strategies and techniques, we found that there are a lot of are a major development in political
communication in terms of means and strategies and techniques, we found that there are a lot of
political practices which are largely criticized because it do not followed a specified ethics which
are socially acceptable
It is obvious that the ethical issue is not a consensus matter shared by the different societies and
countries ,even in organizations at the same country.
For that this article emphasis on ethical aspects in values point of view, it is due to the occidental
approach of ethics which frame the political practices, and its dominant knowledge of nowadays
In order to mentioning this point in our values reference, we will present the different occidental
theories of ethics in critical point of view.
