Abstract

 The study aimed at explaining the role of kindergarten educators in instilling moral values with them by trying to know the methods used in that. A special questionnaire was designed for this purpose, and it was applied to a random sample of (72) kindergarten educators distributed to a group of kindergartens in Wilayat of Medea, the descriptive analytical approach was used and the study's questions answered, through the use of appropriate statistical methods, and finally, based on the results of the questionnaire applied in this research, an educational concept was proposed to activate the performance of the kindergarten educator in the field of developing moral values for preschool children and upgrading it .
