Abstract

This article takes subject of educational curriculum adopted In higher education companies and the trends of outputs who graduate from it by the thousands every year and go to the labor market about the skills they supply during university training that allow them to properly perform their job in the labor market in a way that suits their needs. The importance of the subject also to display the basic skills aspects that enhanced the capacities of outputs that are needs today ,to be able to master a skills. therefore,the study aims to know the in great demand in the labor market. The analytical descriptive approach has been used to characterize the phenomenon, through which it was concluded that the skills side does not develop the capabilities and qualifications necessary for the student to be exploited in the labor market, the skills also does not depend on training outputs who lack experience and competence. We made it to the conclusion that the skills aspect of educational curriculum does not conditioning to the requirements of the labor market from the viewpoint of outputs
