Abstract

 The Federal of the National Liberation Front is considered as one of the most important organizations that had been brought by the editorial revolution about abroad. It has played a big role in covering the Algerian community abroad, as well as creating an organized administrative structure and it has many activities, whether political, scientific, social, or so one. The Federal of the National Liberation Front contains a large number of Algerian refugees who had migrated to Morocco, whether before or during the revolution, and they exploited them for the benefit of the revolution and for their social, health and cultural interests .
