Abstract

Jerusalem is the heart of civilizations and beliefs; it combines the three divine religions symbols. And this religious dimension placed it into the Jews covetousness hearth. Under the British Mandate cover, The Jews entered Palestine. In 1948 the Zionists occupied Jerusalem western part, and in 1967 annexed its eastern part, thus placing the holy city under the Israeli occupation that spread corruption. He committed the most heinous crimes internationally prohibited, and it violated all international humanitarian law convention. This places the responsibility of the international community holding the Israeli occupation internationally responsible for crimes committed in Palestine in general and in the city of Jerusalem in particular.
