Abstract

This research study seeks to know the commitment to information pre- contract electronic as a guarantee for the protection of electronic consumers in the light of Law 18/05 related to electronic commerce, since this commitment is very important in achieving a kind of justice and equality between contractors, And informed him of all the details of the contract and the products in question. The problem was raised about the extent to which the Algerian legislator approved this commitment under Law 18/05 on electronic commerce.
