علم العلاقات الدولية و القيم.....أية علاقة؟

Abstract

The présente article give a great importance to the relation between traditions of
Internationals Relations which was established on the twenty of précédente Century and
the values as goals, which connected to botn : individuels and states.
How ever, after the hegemony of posivitism , the traditions of International Relations
are directlly going to study the power, conflict and war , while the islamic thouth have
another way to making International political knowledge which are constructed from
values.
