The attribution of an illegitimate child to his adulterous father

Abstract

This work tackles a very sensitive issue which is the obtaining through the admission of the fornicator or
the one who commits adultery, his legitimate child. Firstly, I have explained the term istilhaq obtaining
through the admission both linguistics and terminological points. Then I have exposed the different points
of views of the different scholars and religious dogma schools. Thus, some of them assert the prohibition
of such an act and other show their permitting, then exposing the convergent points and the divergent
ones and the raisons of such differences through exposing forceful arguments from both sides. Finally,
our conclusion is that That an illegitimate child is attributed to his biological father.
