Abstract

The concept of civil society in Algeria has potential for employment in
the context of discussion democratic options, the concept was linked to
political reforms and to keeping pace with development in all its fields. Which
is imposed today on media institutions in society to target all civil society for
create awareness and participate. From this perspective, the problem of the
study is based on The relationship between the two variables "media and civil
society" through the Algerian radio. Which we find through Batna radio local
as a superficial and incidental relationship. It therefore requires Algerian radio
to reconsider its relationship with civil society.
