Abstract

This article aims to put the light on relation between media and preventive security
and how to use it in serving society, luxury and progress. The Algerian case serves as a
field for approaching variables of the title and goal by trying to benefit it from ideas and
purpose presented in this paper.
The article begins with a number of basic concepts. Then it talks about the relation
between media and security and it evolution at different circumstances and contexts. After
it exposes the preventive security media in Algeria by describing and analyzing actual
situation. Finally, the article propose some mechanisms that will promote and built up the
preventive role of media, .
