Abstract

Abstract The research in this article revolves around the phenomenon of child labor and what resolutions can be implemented in real life, how to apply them? and to what extent? Islamic laws focus on solving problems on the mechanism and the means, from the religious conscience to religious practices which are characterized by their effectiveness, all of that within the framework of sharia laws and regulations. We presented examples of some islamic historical evidence of the method of interpretation,analysis, and comparison reality, but at the present time has undergone a radical global technological changes and the concept of Religion in the minds of the people is difficult to control only through the legal treatment of the situation, including the Algerian national legislation, which draws the effectiveness of international conventions and the recommendations and texts of human rights organizations that monitor the situation of children and devote their activities accordingly .
