Abstract

Summary: Abu Muhammad Ibn Hazm al-Dhaheri is considered one of the most powerful scholars in terms of his involvement in the arts, and his distinction with opinions and jurisprudence which is coated with a force of protest, and a extraordinary confidence in the results, with no regard for a violation of a violative. And in " a door of consensus whose to disagreed it will be a disbeliever with consensus " In his book, "The Ranks of consensus in Worship, and Transactions and Beliefs", there is an imprint of his powerful imprints, in the course of his talk about the doctrinal consensuses, and what is the problems that revolve around it. This study aims to clarify and analyze it, by showing the following points : 1. The truth of the consensus in Ibn Hazm's opinion, and its relationship to the Islamic text . 2. The extent of the Ibn Hazm's hitting in what his allegation about doctrinal consensuses . 3. Ibn Hazm's position from the contrary of consensus. 4. The accuracy of the consensuses's counting, which strengthens confidence in them. 5. The difference between consensus and agreement at Ibn Hazm.
