Abstract

After the French colonial to Algeria, the leaders of French army audertooke in the surrender document to preserve the Algerian properties and to not treat it badly, Bat Frence did not do that, and betray the promise, it attacked the awqaf institutions, and confiscated the properties because awqaf in its view was an obstacl for its, projects in developing the settlement areas that contradict the economic principals of the colonial presence, because it present an administrative device that made the French Army leaders took a colonial politic towards awqaf from 1830 to 1848, that amis at Attaking them, by essuing a series of decisions and decrees to remove immunity to end it, and put it in the scope of commercial exchange and real estate dealing, so that Europeans can have it.
