Abstract

this research paper aims to try to highlight the role that zakat plays an one of the mechanisms of the Islamic economy by financing and supporting various productive development projacts that have an effective role to reduce the phenomena of poverty unemployment and economic fluctuations the issue will be addressed through answering the following question: how does zakat contribute to achieving develpment in Algeria? We took skikda as an example.
