Abstract

That refugee status is generally governed by international treaties and agreement on that status of refugee as well as national legislation governing this center to the provision in the agreement s referred to by the status in their legislation to specify who is considered refugee with the appointment of the conditions for granting asylum and benefit and their right most not ably the principle of counting is permissible to keep refugee but the non-extradition of any refugee ,however the non- extradition of the refugee the aim stats right to keep him as part of their sovereignty and that the withdrawal of this right mean that the granting of asylum to foreigners persecuted would be almost impossible, but this right is governed by international convections and the opinion of the jurists.
