Abstract
The Imam Abu-Abbas Al Bagani who died in 401AH is considered as one of the first famous Algerian
who wrote in the verses' canons , but among the first who wrote in this art in the Arab Islamic World with
his book "Moukhtassar Ahkam El Coran " and which there is one copy of a well know manuscript of the
Azhar Library in Cairo , and the version was published in the libraries of the world depicting only the
Azhar version. After I got the manuscript and being studied I found out that the exclusive published
version (of the book) is just a considerably listed version ,if not dominant. The words of imam IBN EL
ARABI EL MALIKI ,the author of « AHKAm AL QUran » the version that we have in our hands it’s
written by a scholar or sheikh,he included the judge’s speech in the elbaghali (I keep it as it is ) text
without any attribution, statement or a warning ,in a talented way that makes the reader can’t distinguish
between the words of the two imam’s. And the student Suleiman Ben Abdelaziz rewrote Surah Albaqara
from it , as master thesis in King Saod in Riyadh Saudi Arabia , in 2008. And the book was printed within
the university books , and he wasn't warned about this at all , so the book came out as a mixture between
two books . And the article aims to correct this big mistake , and differentiate between Imam Bagani's
and Imam Qadhy's speeches and to make clear the fact that the trending version is not Outline of Quran
provisions " القرآن أحكام مختصر " by Imam Bagani that was talked about by all people who translated it .
