Abstract

The Mu'tazilites were the most Islamic groups engaged in the sciences of language, logic and philosophy. Therefore, their interpretation flourished until they counted one of the pillars of the isolationist approach, which is evident in their works. Then they have established rules and foundations governing this interpretation, including what is linguistic and some of what is verbal, they interpret not only from the world in Arabic, it must also be knowledgeable in another science, namely the science of speech and here lies the importance of research, which starts from an important problem: how Judge Abdul Jabbar used interpretation in the religious text, which he identified in his writings in the Koran and from what basis was his interpretation? In dealing with the text and the limits of interpretation when one of the most important representatives of the retreat method is a speaker and scholar, Judge Abdul Jabbar, we relied on the descriptive analytical method to describe and analyze the most important ideas that came up in the subject in his writings first and then what he wrote in an attempt to highlight the importance of interpretation And try to re-sent in the civilization and Islamic culture in the modern era according to the rules and foundations.
