Abstract

This study aims to address an important issue in the discussion of the Prophet’s Sunnah and Hadith criticism, which is the issue of the effect of knowing the intended meaning of the narratives in pushing up turbulence about the Prophet’s hadith. One with a difference in some of its phrases and expressions, which have an impact on the meaning and have no effect, and they have a disciplined approach in all of that that may be hidden by non-specialists, and this study is an attempt to clarify the methodology of the Mohddithin and their rules in those narrations that may delude their apparent contradiction and contradiction and their relationship to the intended meaning that It was narrated by authenticity, and the effect of the absence of this feature on judging some established hadiths as invalid, and the discussion of the owners of the case of abrogating the authentic authenticity under the pretext of disturbing the texts in the examples they cited, following the analytical approach in treatment and criticism
