Abstract

My article entitled: (Implementation of the Objectives of Sharia in the Ruling of Acting the Prophetic Hadith) deals with an applied study on the ruling of the Prophet’s Hadith by implementing the objectives of Sharia according to the difference of time, place, situation and custom, by selecting some examples from the hadiths in which some of the Companions and Imams worked hard, based on the implementation of the intended considerations when Their application to those hadiths
