Abstract

The observer of contemporary applications of the science of objectives in understanding the texts of the Prophet’s Sunnah will find exaggeration, excess and negligence in following the meanings, even at the expense of demolishing buildings.He also finds the superficial and rigid literalism of the text, and from here the researcher wonders about the implications of this difference in the intended understanding of the Prophet’s Sunnah. Imam IbnDaqiq AlEid unveiled and guided the scholars to an important issue. And it is that it is stipulated in the inferred reason that it should not be accustomed to the text by nullifying, and employing it in a number of issues extracted from the hadiths of the Prophet’s Sunnah
