Abstract

Health is one of the most important and important fields in the life of societies. It has become one of the important criteria by which peoples' progress and development are measured. Given the mutual impact of health and other aspects of social, psychological,economic and cultural, several sub-scientific fields have emerged that are interested in this interrelationship,revealing the convergence of these dimensions. Among them: medical sociology or "sociology of health",mental health..... as well as social health care. In this article we will try to identify the content of social welfare health, the problems raised about this concept, its relationship with some other concepts belonging to the same conceptual field, the circumstances of its emergence as well as the historical process it has gone through.
