Abstract

This study was primarily aimed at to psychological trauma disorder ( ptsd) of victims of sexual assault, the study group included (04) cases between ages of (18) and (45) years, followed the descriptive method: clinical approach based on the case study. Applying the "Davinson" Scale(1998), to measure the effects of PTSD symptoms, Arabized and adapted to the Arab environment by" Abdel Aziz Thabet". The scale consiste of (17) items divided into three (03) axes. The results of the study showed the females who are victims of sexual abuse suffer from ptsd. - There are symptoms of restoring traumatic experience events to victims. - Victims of sexual assault suffer a symptom of avoiding traumatic experience. - The victims of sexual abuse suffer greatly from symptoms of triggering traumatic events.
