Abstract

The ' rule contract law contracting parties' rule requires that it is not until it is independent of the avoidance of the contract or amended on its own, and cannot unilaterally dissociate itself from its obligations established under the contract, but this rule is conditional on the survival of the circumstances in which the contract was concluded. This research discusses the state of the corona pandemic and how it affects the rule of the contracting parties law, which changes the circumstances in which the contract was made, leading to the emergence of two mechanisms that address this situation.
