Abstract

The right to return is one of the basic rights of any refugee who has been ‎estranged from his country under any circumstances that prevent him from ‎staying in his home and with his family in a normal and safe manner, and what ‎this study focused on is the legal basis for the legitimacy of the right of return ‎for refugees within international laws And the UN resolutions that previously ‎recognized this right and enshrined it in the international conventions ‎concerned with the protection of human rights in general and the refugees in ‎particular, and in the second part of the study I decided to support my ‎research with the Palestinian experience with the right of return for ‎Palestinian refugees As well as the Syrian experience with this right‏.‏
