Abstract

The present research aims to address specifying of the general word (Al-amm) by the divergent meaning (dalil alkhitab) in Malik's scool. This study has been discussed in his theoretical side that the Imam Malik specify the general word by the divergent meaning, in most likely, and the majority of Malikit Usul al Fiqh scholars made it. in the practical side of the research confirmed it, because the example witch testify that was more obvious than ones said otherwise.
