Rented stuff( Real estate and Machinery) make a lot of money to their Owners weekly ,monthly or annually but the poor do not get their share of this money because the belief of the rich is that it comes gradually and its does not come in one go, also the issue of its maintenance and taxes they imposed on them they see it as sufficient for them.
