Issues of the people of the book leaving the naming on his sacrifice

Abstract

This article includes a comparative jurisprudential analytical study about the subject areas of foods and immolations. It deals with issues related to the people of the scripture's invocation of God's name on immolations, and the judgment on it from two sides:  first, if we knew that they mentioned other names than that  Allah such as the cross or Jesus Peace Be Upon Him, and second: if we knew that they mentioned neither Allah's name nor any other names are they allowable for us or are they  forbidden? With identifying the points of disagreement between scholars in the issues of this subject, and extracting the unanimously agreed upon issues, and clarifying the reasons for disagreement among scholars on these two issues, and listing and discussing the arguments of their claims, and identifying which ones look more credible to the researcher.
