Abstract

This study examines the issue of probability using purposes in the time of epidemics. It is well known that an epidemic imposes on people certain conditions that were not before . Indeed, People need to know the religious judgment (fatwa) on their daily life issues, and often partial evidence does not help the scholar, so he  considers using purposes and building the fatwa on them. Therfore, the study comes to explain and clarify the crucial importance of purposes and its role in the process of fatwa . After that, the researcher defined the outlines and preconditions of the purposes and its role in building a fatwa;Because of the allegations that used to be made by some and their wrongful use of the purposes in order to legalize the prohibited and prohibit the legal. Consequently, the study was supported by a practical chapter in order to make it easier and clearer for the readers and researchers.
