Abstract

This research is summariezed in highlighting some of the scientific aspects of Imam AL-BOUNI, and that, in advance, he came in his fatwa which was entitled "Al-iaana bi baadhi massa-il Al-hadhana" - it means: "Aid in some matters of custody". His answer also had some scientific benefits, even if it was outside the core of the topic, which indicates the capacity of his legitimate possession, and this research will be based on an authentic study of what it is was based on in his fatwa, with an explanation of the scientific aspects that emerged in this fatwa.
