Abstract

This article aims to clarify the methodological rules developed by Hadj Hamed to understand and interpret the Sunna, by following the descriptive methodology. Therefore, we have addressed the study according to the following topics: First, we explained the basic concepts in this research, and then, we talked about the relation between the Quran and Sunna, and we have made clear that the Sunna explains the Quran. After that, we explained the methodological rules for interpretation the Sunna, and we mentioned the importance of the Sunna in its three types. Finally, the research finished with a conclusion, which explained that Hadj Hamed did not deny the Sunna, but he focused on adjusting the understanding of it.
