Abstract
One of the virtues of Islamic law is that its rulings are based on the origin of God's honoring of Adam’s sons, and the preservation of their lives to ensure their integrity, and there is nothing in it except that it was and has a head start in its legislation. From this principle of prevention before treatment, the Islamic system took precautions for the occurrence of what can cause harm, before seeking to raise the damage and treatment. When contemplating criminal legislation, especially setting limits, it shows us the features of a complete theory and a precautionary approach, based on the prevention of punishment, to prove that punishment is not the end, but it is the last thing, and that the Moxibustion is the last step in the treatment. In this brief presentation, this theory is presented, and its features are described before and after the crime of the limit, in order to contribute to the defeat of this part of the legislation that was and still is criticized and questioned.
